We use Ruby on Rails to build our website. 

Are you planning to release your code as open source?
We hope to release portions of our code as an open source project so that others can use it. But first we need to ensure sustainability for socialmarkets to support the open source project.

What if you get a lot of traffic to your site?
Don't worry. We can handle a tremendous load quickly. We are one of the first non-profits to use Amazon's Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2) architecture that allows us to literally clone our servers as demand rises for our website.
